摘要 在钻井振动筛工作过程中,固相颗粒运移速度是衡量其工作性能的重要指标。基于软球Hertz-Mindlin接触模型建立了钻井振动筛的DEM分析模型,针对固相颗粒群在直线和椭圆轨迹筛面上的运移过程进行了对比仿真研究。结果表明:颗粒群在直线形和椭圆振动筛固相运移速度最后都基本趋于稳定。在同等参数条件下,直线振动筛颗粒的运移速度要比椭圆型更高一些。通过对颗粒与筛面的碰撞次数的考察发现碰撞次数呈现明显的周期性,且直线振动筛的峰值碰撞次数要大于椭圆振动筛。 During the working process of drilling shale shaker, the conveyance speed of solid is the key performance indicator. The DEM analysis model was developed based on the Hertz-Mindlin contact model with soft ball. A comparative study on conveyance process of solid particle group was carried out between the linear and elliptical trajectory. The results show that, solid conveyance speeds in linear and elliptical shale shaker finally tend to be stable. With the same parameters, the solid conveyance speed of the linear is higher than the elliptical. It can be found that the collision times of the particles and the screen surface have a periodicity and peak collision times of linear are bigger than the elliptical vibration.
