摘要
矿井内的瓦斯浓度超限所致煤矿重大、特大瓦斯爆炸事故时有发生,给矿工的生命和煤炭企业的安全生产带来了重大损失。随着无线传感器网络技术、电子技术、计算机技术和自动化控制技术的发展,设计了基于无线技术的煤矿瓦斯监控系统。系统分为井上和井下部分,井上由计算机组成监控中心,井下由传感器采集节点和接收节点组成,并在采集节点上采用模糊PID智能控制技术实现了瓦斯浓度的自动化控制。
The mine gas concentration overrun super major gas explosion of coalmine to happen from time to time, result in heavy losses to the life of the miner and the safe production of coal enterprises. With the development of wireless sensor network technology, electronic technology, computer technology and automation control technology, this paper designs the wireless technology of mine gas monitoring system based on wireless technology. The whole system is divided into two parts: above the mine and under the mine, a computer monitor the center of above the mine, underground is composed of sensor acquisition node and the receiving node, and on the acquisition node using the fuzzy PID intelligent control technology realized the automation control of gas concentration.
