摘要
设计了提升机钢丝绳张力数据采集装置,实现了箕斗运行过程中钢丝绳的张力数据采集,完成了张力变化曲线绘制,并结合简化的张力计算模型和提升机的运行曲线对钢丝绳张力变化规律进行了分析。试验数据分析表明:在提升机爬行终了时钢丝绳的张力最大,在箕斗装载和提升机停车卸载时钢丝绳的张力突变最大,对钢丝绳的损坏最严重。
The device is designed for wire rope tension data acquisition, which has realized the functions such as tension data acquisition and tension curves drawing during the skip operation process. Combined with the simplified tension calculation model and the elevator running curve, the law of the tension change is analyzed indicating that the tension in the hoist reaches maximum at the end of crawling in the skip and mutations reach the largest value during loading and unloading process, which is of serious damage to the wire rope.
