摘要 目前我国井下输送散状物料越来越多的采用管状带式输送机,它可实现大倾角、长距离及空间弯曲运输。其中传动架是管状带式输送机的重要部件之一,随着管状带式输送机的大型化和结构的增高,对传动架进行优化计算已成为必要。通过计算分析传动架在正常工作过程中的受力情况,并利用ANSYS对传动架进行有限元分析,求解出传动架最大应力点处及应力值,从而为传动架的结构优化提供参考依据。 At present, tubular belt conveyor are used more and more frequently in China's underground transportation of loose materials. Which is one of the important parts of a tubular belt conveyor, along with the large scale and structure of the tubular belt conveyor increased, optimize the transmission frame computing has become necessary. In this article, through calculation, the paper analyses the force transmission rack in the normal work, and by using ANSYS finite element analysis was carried out on the transmission rack, solving the transmission and maximum value, which provides reference for transmission frame structure optimization.
