摘要
液压卸扣大钳是煤层气地面钻机上用于拧卸钻杆的夹持装置,是关键的承载部件之一,其结构设计是否合理直接关系到钻机的安全性、可靠性和经济性。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行了强度和刚度的校核,根据分析结果提出了优化设计方案,对优化后的结构再次进行校核,结果表明结构的强度和刚度满足使用要求。
Hydraulic break-out tong is the clamping device of coal bed methane ground drill for breaking out drill pipe, is one of the key carrying parts, whether the structural design is reasonable is directly related to the safety, reliability and economy of drill. Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS carries on the checking of strength and stiffness, the optimum design scheme is put forward According to the analysis results, check again for the optimized structure. The results show that the strength and stiffness of the structure can satisfy the use requirements.
