摘要
以MG100/240-BW型滚筒采煤机设计为平台,在分析操纵机构实现机理的基础上,依据凸轮原理设计了平滑的圆盘曲线槽,实现了将圆盘的圆周运动转化为连杆的往复直线运动功能。
Based on the platform of MG100/240-BW drum-type coal mining machine, the operating function of the control mechanism is analyzed and the smooth curved groove is designed according to the cam principle. And the circumferential motion of circle is converted to the reciprocating linear motion of linkage by the groove.
