设计了一种基于PLC226CN控制的漏电闭锁装置。开机检测法的使用使该装置可供多回路复用,在降低成本的同时提高了装置的可靠性;设计的漏电检测电路能够有效地避免高压窜入,滞回特性的引入又保证了漏电检测的灵敏性和抗干扰性;以PLC226CN作为控制核心,保证了该装置能够在工况条件复杂的矿井中可靠地工作。
An earth leakage lockout device was designed on the basis of PLC226CN. Power-on-selftest strategy makes the device available for multiloop system, reducing the costs but raising the operational reliability at the same time; The designed leakage detection circuit can hold back the high voltage effectively, hysteresis characteristic of the circuit ensures sensitivity and interference immunity of leakage detection; Using PLC226CN as the control core guarantees that the device reliable in the mine with various circumstances.
