摘要
掘进机在掘进工作面的作业过程中,喷雾灭尘的效果好坏直接影响着现场工作环境和现场员工的身体健康。为了减少现场操作员工患病的风险,在掘进工作面环境的特殊性情况下,对掘进机喷雾除尘系统的要求越来越高。为此,通过对现有的掘进机喷雾系统分析研究,在原掘进机喷雾系统过滤器的基础上设计研究加装反冲洗装置以达到更好的灭尘效果。
Boring machine in operation in the process of the tunneling working surface, the effectiveness of spray dust prevention directly affect the site work environment and field workers' health. Present, in order to reduce the field operations staff suffering from pneumoconiosis risk, in the special environment of the tunneling working surface under the condition of, on the roadheader spray dust removal system of the increasingly high demand. For this reason, based on the existing roadheader spray system analysis and research, design and research of adding anti flushing device in order to achieve better effect of dust suppression based on original roadheader spray system on filters.
