高工作阻力液压支架立柱中缸体焊接接头形式改进的研究

摘要 液压支架是目前机械化采煤中主要的支护设备,为满足其承载更高工作阻力的要求,立柱中缸在设计过程中普遍选用高强度、厚壁钢管加工制成。为保证产品质量,提高厚壁缸管焊接接头强度,对立柱中缸的焊接接头形式在传统接头结构基础上进行大胆改进,通过工艺试验及严格的工艺评定,设计出科学、合理的焊接接头形式,并确定切合实际的坡口参数。 Hydraulic support is the main supporting and protecting equipment in modem mechanized coal mining. To meet its high working resistance, designers often choose high strength and thick wall steel pipe for the middle cylinder of the post. In order to guarantee product quality, improve the strength of the thick wall steel pipe welding joint, we improved the welding joint form of the middle cylinder of the post, which was based on the traditional joint structure. Through many process tests and the strict process validation, we chose the scientific and reasonable welding joint form, and determined the practical welding groove parameters.
