摘要
利用ANSYS Workbench软件对液压支架的底座进行虚拟的压架试验,通过计算机分析数据结果,找到能够反映支架强度的性能指标,再运用公式计算出底座前端抗弯安全系数,验证修复方案的可行性、准确性,避免经验主义,为今后支架设计及改造提供理论依据和科学参考。
We carried out a suppositional loading experiment on the base of a hydraulic support with the ANSYS Workbench software, analyzed the result data with computers, found out the performance indexes which can show the strength of the hydraulic support. Further more, we calculated out the anti- bend safety factors of the front of the base based on formulae, validated the feasibility and veracity of the restoring plan, so that we can avoid the empiricism and provide a scientific reference for hydraulic support designing and rebuilding in the future.
