摘要
现行掘进机截割机构常规减速器的尺寸相对庞大,对掘进机的整体布置产生不利影响。将胀套和人字齿相结合,可以设计出尺寸小、强度高、受力均衡的减速器,这符合煤矿机械对空间小、强度高限制的要求。采用2个旋向相反的斜齿轮组成人字齿轮的设计思路,进行掘进机截割臂减速器传动系统的设计,减速器传动系统既方便加工又容易装配,因而设计思路可以在该类机械减速器设计中提供参考。
The size of cutting arm reducer of roadheader is relatively huge, which has some negative impacts on the overall layout of the roadheader. Combined locking assembles with herringbone gear, a new gear reducer can be designed with characteristics of small size, high strength, and force balance, which conforms to the mine machinery for size-small, strength-high limit requirements. In this paper, two opposite spin helical gears were assembled together instead of herringbone gear, to design the roadheader reducer, which facilitates the processing and assembly. Thus the design methods in this paper have reference value for designing such a machine reducer.
