摘要
基于功能-结构的产品概念设计,提出了一种液压支架模块化设计方法。利用质量功能展开分析支架的目标特征,通过将黑箱法和功能-结构分析结合对产品进行分析,建立支架的功能-结构模型。利用模糊聚类算法和层次分析法,考虑结构间的相互关系进行模块划分。利用模糊综合评判原理,通过相似度进行模块配置的评价。
The conceptual module design was presented into the process of the product's conceptual design based on Function-Structure (F-S). The target feature was gained by using the QFD method and the F-S model was set up by the analysis of hydraulic pressure support with Black Box. To realized the partition of hydraulic pressure support's conceptual module,the fuzzy clustering algorithm and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used in the conception. The evaluation of the partition of production's conceptual module is realized by similarity method.
