基于CAN总线的井下模拟量检测

摘要 针对井下数据采集和通信所存在的问题,设计了一种模拟量检测及CAN总线通信方法。该系统以TMS320F28335为核心处理器,AD7764为数据采集芯片,将采集得到的2路模拟信号数据存储在DSP片内RAM中,利用e CAN模块与具有CAN接口的上位机进行通信。在该系统中,2片AD7764相互独立,分别与DSP的2个多通道缓冲串口(Mc BSP)直接相连,减少了总线的占用。实验结果表明,该系统可实现对2路模拟数据的采集以及和PC的CAN总线通信。 Aiming at problems exist in data communication, designing an analog detection and CAN bus communication method. Using TMS320F28335 as the core processor to a data acquisition chip AD7764 complete the two-way analog signal data acquisition, data collection exists within the DSP chip RAM, eCAN module communicates with the host computer through with CAN interface. In this system, two AD7764 are independent, each with two DSP multi-channel buffered serial port (McBSP) is directly connected, reducing the occupancy of the bus. Experimental results show that the system can achieve CAN bus communication for two-way analog data acquisition and PC as well.
