摘要 针对传统带式输送机对堆煤和输送带撕裂的检测方式存在检测滞后、易发生误动作及维护费用高等缺点,提出一种基于图像识别的带式输送机监护系统。系统采用ARM处理器、TVP5150A视频解码芯片和外部RAM;又加入通信电路、显示屏电路和Micro SD卡等,用图像识别对输送带堆煤和撕裂进行检测,实现对堆煤和输送带撕裂同时进行监控保护,具有较为重要的理论意义和实用价值。 The traditional checking methods of piling up and the tearing of the coal belt have shortcomings of detecting lag, frequent misoperations an d higher pay on maintenance. The monitor system of beh conveyor based on image recognition was proposed. The system adopted ARM processor, the TVPS150A video decoder chip and external RAM, which also added communication circuit, display circuit and MicroSD card. Then the image recognition was used for belt coal and tear testing. Eventually it achieves the goal to monitor and protect piling of coal and belt torn at the same time. It does have a more important theoretical significance and practical value.
