液压支架抬底导向轴断裂原因分析及优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对抬底千斤顶导向轴断裂现象,研究了其断裂的原因,并采用Matlab中的非线性函数fmincon对导向轴中部截面进行优化设计。结果表明:导向轴中部开有互相垂直的通孔是造成断裂的原因所在。提高材质和优化截面尺寸均可加强导向轴强度,在取相同安全系数1.5的前提下,提高材质方法需要Q690以上的板材;优化截面尺寸方法,导向轴中部需要组焊同材质厚度为的加强板。比较两种方案,优化截面尺寸更能节省成本。 According to the fracture phenomenon of guiding axle used in base-lifting rams, study on the cause of fracture, and use the nonlinear function fmincon in Matlab to optimize the central section of guiding axle. The results show: Through holes perpendicular to each other was designed causing fracture.To improve the material and optimizing the section size can strengthen the guiding axle strength, taking the same safe coefficient of 1.5, if you improve the material,the yield strength of steel plate need more than Q690; or optimize the section size, in the middle of the guiding axle needs welding reinforcing plate that have the same material with guiding axle and thickness for 16mm. Comparing two kinds of scheme, optimizing the section size more cost savings.
