摘要 为了提高热镀锌层性能,在镀锌液中加入不同含量的Zn-Ce中间合金,研究铈元素对热浸镀锌层生长、组织的影响。采用X-射线衍射分析方法,结合金相显微镜、扫描电镜观察及能谱分析,结果表明,随着镀液中铈的质量分数的增加,Zn-Ce合金空冷组织的晶粒逐渐细化,且晶粒尺寸均匀一致;当w(铈)>0.08%时,随着铈的质量分数的增加,合金晶粒粗化,在大晶粒之间夹杂着一些小晶粒;当Zn-Ce合金镀层铈质量分数为0.08%时,随着铈质量分数的增加,δ相的厚度基本没有变化,而ζ相厚度稍微减薄;当铈质量分数超过0.12%时,镀层合金相层厚度骤然减薄。 In order to improve the performance of hot-dip galvanized Zn coating,varies amount of Zn-Ce master alloys were added into the Zn bath. Effects of Ce element on layer growth and microstructure of the coating were investigated by XRD,SEM and EDS analysis. Results showed that: when Ce content( Ce 〈0. 08%) in the bath increased,crystal grains of the Zn-Ce alloy became finer gradually and their size became more uniform; when Ce〉0. 08%,some crystal grains became larger with the increasing of Ce content,and there were some small grains sandwiched among the large ones. When Ce mass concentration in the coating was 0. 08%,the thickness of δ phase remained almost the same with Ce content increasing,while the thickness of ζ phase became thinner slightly. However,when the Ce content over0. 12%,thickness of the coating would decrease dramatically.
