摘要
通过工程实例,在分析超长混凝土楼盖结构裂缝的类型以及产生原因的基础上,采用设置后浇带加膨胀带的做法、优化混凝土的材料配比和对框架梁施加预应力等措施,保证了混凝土楼盖结构的施工质量,并阐述了工程实际应用中采取的相关裂缝控制的施工技术及细部做法,收到良好的抗裂效果。
Through engineering examples,based on the analysis of the super-length concrete floorslab crack types and producing crack reasons,the measures including reasonably arranging the expansion belt with post pouring belt,optimizing the material proportioning of concrete and applying prestress to the frame girder are adopted to ensure the quality of the concrete floorslab structure. Meanwhile,the construction technology and detail practice of related crack control in the engineering practice are described,which received good crack resistance effect.
