摘要
为了筛选满足诸如长期稳定、读数精确、抗干扰等条件的温度计,需要对温度计进行冷热循环冲击实验——升降温循环实验。设计了一套利用GM制冷机作为冷源的系统,用来实现这一目的。利用Lab VIEW编程控制一台340控温仪,仪器PID自动控制加热,从而实现样品架温度按指定的速率匀速升降温。升降温循环冲击分别在循环前、第10个循环后和最后15个循环后对温度计进行标定。根据标定数据对标定后的温度计经行漂移分析,最终筛选除了漂移较小的温度计。
In order to screen the thermometers satisfying the conditions such as long - term stability, radiation hardness and readout accuracy, a thermal cycling test (Heating and cooling cycle experiment) must be constructed and put into operation for cycling. This paper designed a system using a G - M refrigerator to achieve this goal. Controlling a 340 temperature controller with programmable software LabVIEW, the heat used in this progress was automatic given. All the thermometers were calibrated at the beginning and after 10 and 15 cycles. According to the calibration data, the temperature drift was analyzed and the better thermometers were screened.
