R717与R22在开启式螺杆压缩机中的性能对比试验研究

Performance experimental comparision of open screw copmressor using R717 and R22 refrigerant

依据国标GB/T5773-2004《容积式制冷剂压缩机性能试验方法》,以吸气管路流量计法和气体冷却器法为试验方法,搭建了开启式螺杆压缩机的性能测试平台。分别以R717和R22为制冷工质在冷凝温度为30℃和40℃,蒸发温度从-35℃～5℃范围内进行了试验研究。结果表明,在测试工况条件下,R717工质的容积效率比R22高3%左右,轴功率高6%左右,COP高6%～10%。

According to the national standard GB/T 5773 - 2004, the performance test device for open screw comperssor was built up by using the suction flowmeter and gas cooler test methods. Under different working conditions the performance experi- mental comparision was carried out respectively by R717 and R22 as refrigerants. The results show that,the volume efficiency of R717 is higher about 3% than R22 ,shaft power higher around 6% ,and COP about 6% - 10%.
