Development of S band high sensitivity cryogenic receiver

摘要 主要介绍研制的S波段高灵敏度低温接收机,该低温接收机具有噪声温度低、动态范围大等特点,保证了系统接收灵敏度,并对设计过程进行了阐述,特别是关键技术的分析,继而给出了样品研制测试结果。在物理温度小于20K的环境下,噪声温度小于13K。 In this paper, a S - band high sensitivity cryogenic receiver was introduced. It has the features of low noise temperature, high dynamic range and high system sensitivity. Its design process was described, in which key technologies were emphatically analyzed. The test result of a prototype was provided. It shows that the noise temperature is less than 13K below 20K environmental temperature.
