L波段低温低噪声滤波放大组件设计研究

Study on L-band low temperature and low noise filtering component

摘要 仿真和设计了一种以超导滤波器和低温低噪声放大器为核心的滤波放大组件,在77K温度下,该组件带外抑制大于100d B,在工作频段内,噪声系数优于0.44d B,增益为29.9±0.4d B,输入回波损耗优于-13.8d B,满足设计指标要求。 A filter - amplifier - component with the superconducting filter and low - temperature - low - noise amplifier at its core was simulated and designed. At the temperature of 77K, the component had high out - of - side rejection greater than 100dB and favor noise figure lower than 0.44dB. The gain of the component was 29.7 - 0.44dB, and the input return loss is better than -13.8dB. As the results, the design specifications are satisfied.
