摘要
通过对小茴香秸秆主要化学成分的分析和研究,对其纤维特性进行了检测与分析。采用制浆造纸工艺方法生产小茴香秸秆薄片,替代传统的烟草薄片用于卷烟的烟丝制作,具有生产成本低和产品附加值高的特点,同时可以降低烟草薄片中的焦油含量和尼古丁含量,起到降焦减害的目的。
Through the analysis and research of the main chemical composition, the fiber characteristics of fennel stalk were detected and analyzed. The results show that production of fennel straw sheet by pulping and papermaking process can replace traditional tobacco sheet for cigarette tobacco shred, which has low production cost and high additional value, can reduce the content of tar and nicotine in the tobacco sheet, with reaching the purposes of tar reduction and harm diminishment.
