血尿酸角色在脑梗死研究中的演变及新观点 被引量:3

摘要 脑梗死发病率不断攀升,研究脑梗死的危险因素并找出关键靶点进行干预,把预防窗口前移已成为当今的焦点。早期有研究发现血尿酸与脑梗死有紧密联系,有学者提出将高血尿酸作为脑梗死的独立危险因素,应对高血尿酸进行干预。而近年研究发现血尿酸同时具有抗氧化作用,可改善脑梗死患者的预后。血尿酸既可在特殊水平促进脑梗死的发生,又在一定条件下发挥抗氧化及脑保护作用。本文对近期关于血尿酸角色在脑梗死中的演变及相关观点进行综述。
