袋装粮食自动堆垛机开发关键技术研究

摘要 粮食袋包外包装强度、垛型、袋垛堆码可靠性,对堆垛机堆垛工作有较高要求。堆码机头作为堆垛机工作的执行机构,是堆垛机工作的核心部件。基于粮食袋包存储对一体化、自动化堆垛机功能需求,研制出了能够实现连续、规则堆码的门式自动堆垛机。该堆垛机具有作业人数少、自动化程度高、作业成本低等优点。特别是提出的堆码机头设计思路,较好地解决了目前堆垛机应用中存在的袋包堆放顺序不可控、袋包下放堆码不连续等问题,具有较高的推广价值。 Grain packaging intensity, stack type and stacking reliability, had higher requirements on the stacker. Stacking machine head as the executing agency, was the core part of the stacker. Based on the function and requirements of integration and automatic stacking machine, an automatic grain bag stacker design for packaged grain bag was developed. The stacker had the advantages of fewer operators, high degree of automation and low operation cost. Especially the stacker head design proposed could solve the existing problems in the application of the stacking, as the bag stacking sequence was not controllable, bag down stacking was discontinuous, which had higher application value.
