摘要
SBR是非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料的主要改性剂之一,本文介绍了SBR改性非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料的制备方法,探讨了SBR添加量对非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料耐热性能、低温性能、延伸性能和黏度的影响。结果表明,随着SBR添加量的增大,非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料的耐热性能基本不变,低温性能大幅提升,延伸性能得到改善,黏度也随之增大;当SBR的添加量达到5%时,非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料的喷涂施工会变得比较困难。
SBR is one of the main modifiers for non-curing rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating. This article introduces preparation of SBR modified non-curing rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating, and discusses influences of additive amount of SBR on heat resistance, low temperature performance, extension performance and viscosity of the coating. The results show that when the additive amount of SBR increases, heat resistance of the coating basically has no change, the low temperature performance significantly boosts, extension performance and viscosity improve. When the additive amount of SBR is 5%, spraying construction of non-curing rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating becomes more difficuk.
