摘要
针对不易采样分析的二元物系,采用自建的相平衡实验装置,测定了丙烯-甲苯二元物系的等温气液相平衡数据。实验数据的相平衡温度包括326.2,333.2,350.2,368.2,378.2 K,相平衡压力从387.7—2 426.4 k Pa。结合Aspen Plus流程模拟软件物性数据的计算功能,提出了试差收敛计算法,经面积检验和点检验,各组实验数据基本符合热力学一致性。实现了由气液相平衡时2种物质的物质量、相平衡时的总压和温度、平衡釜内体积,求解气液相平衡的组成。根据工程模拟计算的经验,回归了Wilson-HOC活度系数方程参数和SRK状态方程参数,分析了拟合结果的偏差。
Isothermal vapor-liquid equilibrium data of propylene-benzene system were measured with a self-developed measuring instrument, at 326.2, 333.2, 350.2, 368.2 and 378.2 K, and from 387.7 to 2 426.4 kPa. The trial difference convergence method computing the equilibrium composition was developed by means of the great properties function of ASPEN plus process simulation software. The thermodynamic consistency tests of the obtained VLE data were practiced comprising area test and point test. To compute the equilibrium composition is performed by the quantities of two substances, the equilibrium total pressure and temperature, and the equilibrium cell volume. According to the engineering simulation experience, the VLE data were correlated by Wilson-HOC equation and SRK equation, and the equation parameters were calculated.
