摘要 在汽车喷油嘴表面化学镀镍,以起到表面防护与改性的作用。概述了化学镀镍的工艺流程,指出了各环节的工艺规范和工艺要点,并表征了化学镀镍层的形貌、结合强度、显微硬度和耐酸腐蚀性。结果表明:化学镀镍层较平整、组织较致密,呈现出非晶态结构特征,与基体结合牢固,赋予喷油嘴表面良好的耐酸腐蚀性。 Electroless nickel plating on automobile oil injection nozzle surface was carried out in order to play a surface protection and modification effect. The process was overviewed, and the process specification and process key points were pointed out. Furthermore, the morphology, bonding strength, microhardness and acid corrosion resistance of electroless nickel plating were characterized. Results showed that the electroless nickel plating featuring smooth surface and amorphous state structure, which endowed the automobile oil injection nozzle with favourable acid corrosion resistance.
