摘要
结合实际工程,简化计算时热力管道固定支架整体受力安全的前提下,应用有限元方法对隧道内水平推力和重力荷载单独作用及综合作用下的热力管道固定支架进行了受力分析研究。在结构方案设计阶段,简化计算是非常必要的;大管径、大推力的管道固定支架宜采用斜支撑等轴心受力构件支撑体系;钢结构焊接节点中应避免出现人工缝;不易简化的复杂结构或不成熟的节点构造,应借助实验或有限元进行分析。
Combined with the practical engi- neering, under the premise of overall stress safety of fixed support for heating pipeline, the stress analysis of fixed support for heating pipeline under alone horizon- tal thrust and alone gravity load and their combination in tunnel is performed by finite element method when calculation is simplified. The simplified calculation is very necessary during the design phase of the structure scheme. The fixed support for heating pipeline with large diameter and large horizontal thrust should adopt the supporting system with axial stress components. The artificial seams should be avoided in steel structure welding node. The construction with complex structure or immature node is not easily simplified, and the anal- ysis should be carried out by means of experiment and finite element method.
