不同气管插管方式在肥胖患者手术全麻中的应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:比较三种气管插管全麻方式在肥胖患者手术全麻中的效果。方法:选择需进行气管插管全麻的肥胖患者99例,随机分为三组,每组33例。分别记录并统计声门显露时间、插管总时间、一次插管成功率和插管并发症;记录麻醉诱导前(T0)、麻醉诱导后(T1)、气管插管即刻(T2)、插管后1min(T3)、插管后3min(T4)和插管后5min(T5)的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、和心率(HR)。结果:三组在声门显露时间、插管总时间、一次插管成功率和咽部并发症比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。传统喉镜组患者T2、T3时刻SBP、DBP、HR较视频喉镜组及光棒组升高幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论:Glide Scope视频喉镜的声门显露时间和插管时间更短,一次插管成功率更高,并发症少,血流动力学稳定,在肥胖患者的气管插管中具有较高的应用价值。
