我国高校文艺社团建设存在的问题及其成因分析

在高校校园文化发展多元化的今天,文艺社团凭借其新颖时尚的社团活动已被越来越多的大学生关注和接受,正在成为高校大学生校园生活的有效补充。从校园文化建设、大学生核心价值观养成、大学生综合素质培养、高校课程体系建设等方面分析高校文艺社团的内涵及其功能,指出高校文艺社团建设中存在的管理体制问题、活动的内容与形式问题,探讨问题出现的原因,提出解决问题的路径。在此基础上,着重分析当前高校文艺社团建设中的社团活动社会化倾向、社团活动娱乐化倾向、社团组织官僚化现象,并从管理、监督与引导等方面提出避免这些倾向或现象的对策。

With the diversity development of college campus culture, the literary and arts communities have been widely noticed and accepted by college students. The activities of the literary and arts community are novel and fashionable, and are becoming a promising complement to the campus life of college students. This paper tries to give a brief analysis to the connotation and functions and description of the content and form of the literary and arts community of colleges and universities in regards to the construction of cam- pus culture, the cultivation of core values, the training of comprehensive quality, and the construction of curriculum systems in higher education. The problems of the management system in the literary and arts community in colleges and universities are pointed out, investigated and resolved. The paper focuses on the analysis of the tendency of socialization, entertainment and bureaucratization of community activities in the construction of literary and arts communities in colleges and universities and puts forward counter- measures to avoid these aspects of management, supervision and guidance.
