摘要
本研究采用问卷调查法,考察辽宁省不同地区(城市、县城、农村)小学学校场域中道德生活差异现状。结果显示:师生关系道德生活维度,不同地区差异不显著;班级组织道德生活维度,不同地区差异极其显著;课堂教学道德生活维度,不同地区差异极其显著;课程中的道德生活维度,城市与县城差异极其显著,城市与农村差异极其显著,县城与农村差异不显著。结合教师访谈,对整个调查数据结果进行分析,揭示其差异产生的深层原因,提出缩小和调适差异的一些思路:教师应学会关心学生;充分发挥农村小学学校德育生活的优势;差别对待以实现德育公平;选用重视学校道德生活的品德教材。通过这些办法为切实提高小学学校道德生活的质量提供参照系。
This research use the questionnaire survey to investigate the moral life in different regions (city, county and rural) of primary school field in Liaoning province. Results show that the relationship between teachers ' and students'moral dimension of life has no significant difference in different areas; class organ- ization moral life has extremely significant difference in different areas; classroom teaching moral life has extremely significant difference in different areas; course moral dimension of life in the city and country has extremely remarkable differences; urban and rural has extremely significant difference; town and rural has no significant differences. Combined with interviews to analyze the survey data, the study revealed the deep reasons of the differences. Some measures are put forward to narrow the gap and adjust the differ- ences. Teachers must learn how to take care of students and fully exploit the excellent educational re- sources in rural areas. Teachers must treat the students differently to realize the moral equality. Teachers must use local teaching materials to provide a frame of reference to improve the quality of moral life in pri- mary school.
