摘要
运用水热法通过调节p H值制备了La VO4:Eu3+纳米晶体,采用XRD,SEM,TEM,PL对产物进行了表征,研究了单一因素p H对产物物相、形貌以及发光性能的影响。XRD结果表明,p H为8时可以得到纯的四方相La VO4:Eu3+晶体;SEM与TEM结果表明,生成的产物形貌有片状、六方棒状、针状和蠕虫状;PL结果表明具有片状、针状单斜相和六方棒状四方相的La VO4:Eu3+晶体具有最好的发光性能。
LaVO4: Eu3 +nanocrystals were prepared by a hydrothermal method with different pH. The structural and optical properties of these samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction( XRD),scanning electron microscopy( SEM),transmission electron microscopy( TEM) and photoluminescence( PL) to study the influence on the phase,morphology and luminescent properties of pH. XRD patterns showed that pure tetragonal LaVO4: Eu3 +nanocrystals could be obtained at pH 8. Both SEM and TEM showed that the shapes of the products were flake,six-party rod,needle and vermicular. According to the PL results,it was observed that monoclinic flake,monoclinic needle-like and tetragonal six-party rod-like LaVO4: Eu3 +nanocrystals exhibited improved luminescence properties compared to other shapes.
