退耕还林工程是一项重要的生态环境工程,今年国家启动了新一轮的退耕还林建设项目,为实施好国家新一轮退耕还林项目,文章根据退耕还林政策,结合师宗县的实际加以分析,为新一轮退耕还林实施,提出参考意见。
