九节茶中鞣质醇沉工艺的优选

摘要 目的优选出鞣质提取工艺。方法采用正交实验和单因素影响法,以水提醇沉法制备鞣质,紫外分光光度法检测鞣质含量,以鞣质转移率为指标优选九节茶中鞣质醇沉工艺。结果浸膏醇沉前冷却至40℃,用85%乙醇进行40%醇沉,搅拌15min。结论本方法实验结果可作为提取九节茶鞣质的工艺制定依据。 OBJECTIVE To optimize alcohol precipitation technology of tannin in sarcandra glabra ( Thunb.) Nakai.METHODS By orthogonal test and single factor test,taking transfer rate of tannin as standards to optimizat-ing the process of alcohol precipitation,tannin were extracted from sarcandra glabra( Thunb.) Nakai.with water so-lution and alcohol sedimentation,and determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer.RESULTS The process was as follows:Extract temperature cooling to 35℃when alcohol precipitation,added 85%ethanol until the concentration of 40%,stirring for 15 minutes.CONCLUSION The experimental results of this method can be the basis of extracting tannin process.
