血必净注射液在治疗感染性休克的效果及对血清降钙素原(PCT)及CRP水平的影响

Analysis on Effects of Xuebijing Injection for the Treatment of Septic Shock and the Influence of PCT and CRP Levels

目的：探讨血必净注射液在治疗感染性休克的效果及对血清降钙素原（ PCT）及CRP水平的影响。方法选取2013年4月～2014年10月我院收治的252例感染性休克作为研究对象，将患者随机分为研究组和对照组，各126例。对照组患者使用常规治疗，观察组患者在常规治疗基础上使用血必净静脉滴注治疗。综合比较两组患者治疗总有效率、治疗前后血清PCT、CRP值及不良反应发生率的差异。结果研究组治疗总有效率为89．7％，显著高于对照组的78．6％（P＜0．05）；治疗后研究组患者血清PCT、CRP值均显著优于对照组（P＜0．05）；两组均无严重不良反应（ P＞0．05）。结论血必净注射液治疗感染性休克疗效确切，可显著降低血清PCT、CRP水平，无严重不良反应。

OBJECTIVE To investigate effects of Xuebijing injection for the treatment of septic shock and the influenceofPCTandCRPlevels.METHODS 126casesofsepticshockpatientsinourhospitalwererandomlydi-vided into research group and control group,each were 63 cases.Research group were treated with Xuebijing intrave-nous injection treatment based on conventional therapy.Control group were treated with conventional therapy on-ly.Total effective rate,PCT and CPR before and after treatment,adverse reaction rate were compared.RESULTS The total effective rate of research group were 89.7%,which was higher than control group.The PCT and CRP of re-search group after treatment were better than control group （ P〈0.05）.There was no serious adverse reaction in the two groups （P〉0.05）.CONCLUSION Xuebijing has exact effect for septic shock.It can reduce PCT and CRP levels significantly and has no serious adverse reaction.
