技能康复训练联合药物治疗对恢复期精神分裂症患者社会功能的疗效观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨技能康复训练联合药物治疗对恢复期精神分裂症患者社会功能的改善作用。方法对经过住院治疗100例处于恢复期精神分裂症患者,利用SAS软件随机分为研究组和对照组各50例,两组患者均按非典型抗精神病药物单药治疗;研究组在此基础上进行技能康复训练,在治疗前和治疗第2个月,第3个月,采用威斯康星卡片分类测验-改良版(M-WCST)和阴性症状评定量表(SANS)进行评定。结果在治疗结束后,研究组SANS总评分及因子分低于对照组(t=-3.251~1.582,P〈0.05),研究组M-WCST评分持续性应答数较对照组低(t=2.104,P〈0.01),M-WCST评分正确应答数和完成分类数高于对照组(t=3.351,P〈0.05),WMS短时记忆、瞬时记忆得分高于对照组(t=1.256,P〈0.05)。结论技能康复训练联合药物治疗对改善慢性精神分裂症患者的阴性症状和社会功能的效果优于单用药物治疗。 Objective To investigate skills of rehabilitation training combined with drug treatment effect on patients with conva-lescent schizophrenia social function. Methods The 100 patients in the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia were randomly di-vided into study group and control group with 50 cases in each group by using the SAS software,according to two groups of patients with atypical antipsychotic mono therapy. Study group on the basis of skills training,before treatment and second months of treatment,third months,the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test - modified version(M - WCST)and the Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS) were evaluated. Results At the end of treatment,the study group SANS total score and factor score were lower than the control group (t = - 3. 251 ~ 1. 582,P 〈 0. 05),the study group M - WCST score sustained response number was lower than that in control group(t=3. 351,P 〈0. 05,WMS),the instantaneous memory memory scores were higher than that of the control group(t =1. 256,P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Skills of rehabilitation training combined with drug treatment of the negative symptoms and social function of patients with chronic schizophrenia than single drug therapy.
