摘要 采用等体积浸渍法,以氧化铝为载体,钴、钼和镍为活性金属组分,制备了新型催化裂化汽油加氢脱硫催化剂。结果表明,与单独加氢脱硫工艺(选用PHG-111加氢脱硫催化剂)相比,采用加氢脱硫-超深度脱硫(选用新型加氢脱硫催化剂)组合工艺后,产品硫含量由29.5μg/g降至11.9μg/g,烯烃基本不损失,硫醇硫含量下降7.9μg/g,选择性高达98.5%。该催化剂与PHG-111加氢脱硫催化剂有机组合后,可用于生产硫含量低于10μg/g的清洁汽油调和组分。 A novel catalytic cracking gasoline hydrodesulfurization catalyst was prepared by the equivalent volume impregnation with aluminium oxide as carrier,Co,Mo and Ni as active components.The results showed that after the hydrodesulfurization- extra deep desulfurization combined process was applied with the novel hydrodesulfurization catalyst,the sulfur content in product decreased from29. 5 μg / g to 11. 9 μg / g,and the mercaptan content decreased by 7. 9 μg / g,the olefin content had little decrease,and the selectivity was 98. 5% compared with the one- step hydrodesulfurization process with PHG- 111 hydrodesulfurization catalyst. Combined with common HDS catalyst,this catalyst could be used for the production of ultra- low sulfur gasoline component with sulfur content less than 10 μg / g.
