湿法烟气脱硫脱硝技术在催化裂化装置中的应用 被引量:14

摘要 针对催化裂化(FCC)装置再生烟气排放物中存在SO2,NOx,颗粒物等有害物质的问题,中国石油四川石化有限责任公司采用美国Du Pont-Belco公司湿法烟气脱硫、脱硝一体化技术,新建了烟气脱硫脱氮装置(26.6×104m3/h)。装置运行结果表明,采用脱硫、脱硝一体化技术后,外排烟气中SO2,NOx,颗粒物的质量浓度均低于GB 16297—1996排放标准,减排率分别为98.3%,91.3%,86.7%,减排量分别为4 625,638,303 t/a;外排废水中p H值、化学需氧量和悬浮物的质量浓度均达到GB 8978—1996排放标准。通过对装置运行参数的调整,可节约新鲜水用量4.2×104t/a,节约电量120 k W·h,节约人工费用2.6×104元/a。 Aimed at the harmful substances,such as SO2,NOxand particles,existed in catalytic cracking regenerator flue gas,a new desulfurization and denitrification unit( 26. 6 × 10^4m^3/ h) was built using Du Pont- Belco' s flue gas desulfurization and denitrification integrated wet process in Sichuan Petrochemical Co Ltd,Petro China. The results showed that with the integrated technology,the mass concentrations of SO2,NOxand solid particles were lower than those restricted by GB 16297—1996,decreased by 4 625,638,303 t / a and their emission rate decreased by 98. 3%,91. 3%,86. 7% respectively.And p H value,concentrations of chemical oxygen demand and total suspended solid in discharged waste water were less than those stipulated in GB 8978— 1996. By regulating operating parameters,4. 2 × 10^4 t / a of fresh water,120 k W · h of electricity and 2. 6 × 10^4 yuan / a of artificial cost were saved.
