Application of a novel catalytic cracking catalyst for improving yield of light gasoline etherified products

摘要 为提高催化轻汽油中烯烃体积分数,中国石油兰州石化公司采用汽油组分优化方案,同时选用新型高液体收率、低焦炭收率重油裂化催化剂(LDC-200)进行了工业试验。结果表明,将LDO-70催化剂更换为新型LDC-200催化剂后,轻汽油活性烯烃体积分数提高了5.95个百分点;与空白标定结果相比,试验后1-丁烯与异丁烯、C5叔碳烯烃和C6叔碳烯烃体积分数依次提高了1.06,0.82,0.64个百分点;产品收率最终增加了5.96个百分点,辛烷值保持在100以上;产品增收1 666.6万元,扣除加工费用,全年可实现经济效益增长1 393.8万元。 In order to improved the volume fraction of olefin in catalytic cracking light gasoline,the cut point for catalytic gasoline was optimized,and a novel catalyst LDC- 200 with high liquid yield and low coke yield was used in the catalytic cracking industrial test of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,Petro China. The results showed that after the catalyst LDO-70 was replaced by LDC- 200,the volume fraction of activity olefins increased by 5. 95 percent points. Compared with blank calibration results,the volume fraction of 1- butene and isobutene,( C5,C6) tertiary carbon olefins increased by1. 06,0. 82,0. 64 percent points respectively,the yield of etherified products increased by 5. 96 percent points at last,octane number remained stable at more than 100. The product income was $ 1 666. 6 × 10^4,after deducting process cost,the annual economic benefit was $ 1 393. 8 × 10^4.
