摘要
中国石化广州分公司在干气脱硫装置的干气原料凝液处理过程中,存在给轻污油罐带来安全及环保风险,以及对下游产品质量造成影响的问题,采用根据原料性质进行分类处理的方法,对凝液处理系统进行了改造。结果表明,改造后,避免了轻组分由轻污油罐中溢出而带来的安全及环保隐患,同时避免了含重组分的凝液进入蜡油催化装置的吸收稳定系统,确保了稳定汽油的终馏点合格。
In view of hidden dangers in salty and environment of waste light oil tank and quality prob- lem of downstream product densate treatment in the dry caused by dry gas con- gas desulfurization unit of Guangzhou Petrochemical Company, SINOPEC, the original condensate treatment system was re- vamped based on elassification treatment method ac- cording to properties of dry gases. The results showed that after the revamping, the hidden dangersof safty and environment which were caused by components overflowed from waste light oil tank avoided, and the heavy component conta densate was kept from entering absorption lization system thus ensuring e ining and s light were con- tabi- of wax oil catalytic cracking unit, ligility for the end boiling point of stabilized gasoline.
