甲乙酮装置工艺水阴离子交换反应器压差升高的原因分析及改进 被引量:1

摘要 中国石油兰州石化公司30 kt/a甲乙酮装置的工艺水处理装置存在阴离子交换反应器压差升高的问题,结合生产实际,通过调整反应器进出水方式、内部水帽型号与结构以及树脂捕捉器运行方式,对装置进行了改进。结果表明,装置改进后,阴离子交换反应器平均压差由0.224 MPa降至0.024 MPa,SO2-4,Cl-和重质物平均质量浓度及电导率依次较改进前下降了54.88%,2.98%,62.99%,68.72%,确保了装置长周期稳定运行。 In accordance to excess increase of pressure difference in process water anion exchange reactor of 30 kt / a methyl ethyl ketone unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,the reactor system was improved through adjusting the water feeding position of reactor,interior water cap model and structure,and the operating mode of resin trapper.The results showed that after the reactor was improved,its average pressure difference decreased from0. 224 MPa to 0. 024 MPa,the mass concentration of SO4^2-,Cl^-and heavy matter,and electric conductivity decreased by 54. 88%,2. 98%,62. 99%,68. 72% of those before the improvement,respectively,thus ensured the unit to operate in a long term.
