摘要
以彩色马蹄莲一年生仔球为材料,采用3种基质与4种营养元素组合处理,研究栽培基质和叶面喷肥对彩色马蹄莲植株生长和种球发育质量的影响,旨在为我国北方优化快速生产彩色马蹄莲商品开花球提供关键技术支撑。结果表明,基质和营养元素组合对植株生长和仔球膨大有显著影响,且两者存在明显的互作效应。结合北方实际情况,综合考虑彩色马蹄莲植株生长和种球发育质量,仔球培育的最佳关键技术为:以腐叶土∶蛭石=3∶1为栽培基质,并在其生长过程中喷施N∶P∶K∶Ca∶Mg=8∶2∶8∶5∶1复合营养液。
Small tubers of Zantedeschia hybrida as materials,using three kinds of matrix and four kinds of nutrient elements combination processing,westudied the plant growth and tubers quality by culture substrate and foliage application.Aims to provide key technical support for optimized and rapid production the flowering commodity tubers in northern China.Our results indicated that there was significant interactive effect between the culture substrate and foliage application on plant growth and tuber development.Combined with the northern area actual condition and considering the plant growth and tubers development,the best key technology of small tubers is:with leaf mold ∶ vermiculite=3 ∶ 1 for culture substrate and during it's growing process sprayed N ∶ P ∶ K ∶ Ca ∶ Mg=8 ∶ 2 ∶ 8 ∶ 5 ∶ 1 complex nutrient solution.
