煤矿区井采土地复垦保证金征收标准研究

The study of Land reclamation bond levy standard in coal mining area

本文以煤矿区井工开采为研究对象,在中国矿业大学肖武等人研究基础上,完善评价指标体系,建立更为全面的复垦成本计算模型,即C=∑Si·Di·Xi,选取我国采煤大省山西省某矿区作为模型并通过了验证。为复垦保证金收取标准提供新的思路。

Taking coal underground mining area as an study object ,based on the research of Xiao Wu etc.in China Mining University,This paper introduced the finished of sound evaluation system,and the establish of a more comprehensive reclamation costing model ,namely C=ΣSi·Di·Xi,selecting a coal mine in Shanxi province as a model and validated.It provides new ideas for collection standards for reclamation bond.
