摘要
地方财经类院校应当在人才培养目标定位、人才培养模式设计等方面彰显财经类法学专业优势与特色,为经济社会发展培养具有区域特点、行业特色的应用型、复合型法律专门人才。为此,应充分依托经济管理类教育教学资源,凝练人才培养方向,形成自身特色,并在课程体系与教学内容、教学技术与手段、实践教学等方面进行改革创新;同时,构建卓越法律人才评价指标体系,进而保障和提高人才培养质量。
Local financial institutions should highlight their professional advantages and characteristics of financiat law in the target location and mode design of talent training and cultivate legal personnel of application and compound type with regional and industry characteristics for the development of economical society. Therefore, they should fully rely on the teaching resources of the economic and management education, determine talent training direction, form their own characteristics, and carry out reform and innovation in curriculum system, teaching content, teaching techniques and methods, and practice teaching. Meanwhile, they should construct an evaluation system of excellence legal talent so as to protect and improve the quality of personnel training.
