摘要
目的研究单纯性肥胖儿童的高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及胰岛素(INS)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法选取单纯性肥胖儿童58例作为研究对象(实验组),选择同期健康儿童42例作为对照组。所有儿童均空腹抽血5 m L,测定血清高敏C反应蛋白与胰岛素水平。测量所有儿童的身高、体质量以计算体质量指数(BMI)。结果实验组儿童的BMI指数为(31.36±4.33)kg/m2、hs-CRP为(2.76±2.05)mg/L、INS为(34.11±12.86)m IU/L,对照组儿童的BMI指数为(21.78±3.27)kg/m2、hs-CRP为(0.59±0.91)mg/L、INS为(18.10±9.74)m IU/L,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组儿童的hsCRP水平与BMI指数、INS水平均呈正相关(r值分别为0.615、0.236,均P<0.05)。结论单纯性肥胖儿童体内开始出现炎性反应以及胰岛素抵抗状态,hs-CRP与INS可作为检测单纯性肥胖儿童体内是否出现炎性反应及胰岛素抵抗的临床指标。
Objective To explore the relationship between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and insulin (INS) levels of simple obesity children and its significance. Methods 58 cases of simple obesity children (experimental group) and 41 cases of healthy children (control group) were selected in this study. The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and insulin, and body mass index (BMI) were detected and compared between two groups. Results The BMI, hs-CRP level and INS level of experimental group were (31.36 ± 4.33) kg/m^2, (2.76 ± 2.05) mg/L and (34.11 ± 12.86) mlU/L respectively, significantly higher than (21.78 ± 3.27) kg/m^2, (0.59 ± 0.91) mg/L and (18.10± 9.74) mIU/L of control group respectively (P 〈0.05). The hs-CRP level of experimental group was positively correlated with BMI (r = 0.615, P 〈0.05) and INS level (r = 0.236, P 〈0.05). Conclusions These simple obesity children begin to suffer from inflammatory reaction and insulin resistance, and hs-CRP and INS can be used as clinical indices to test if these simple obesity children suffer from the inflammatory reaction and insulin resistance.
