摘要
目的利用循环酶法测定心脑血管疾病患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平,探讨Hcy与心脑血管疾病的相关性以及循环酶法在临床的应用。方法选取我院2013年1月至2014年1月收治的高血压、冠心病和脑梗死患者共127例作为观察组,选取我院其他科室同期收治的患者48例作为对照组,采用循环酶法分别测定两组患者血清Hcy水平。结果观察组冠心病患者Hcy水平为(23.41±7.03)μmol/L,高血压患者为(18.32±3.87)μmol/L,脑梗死患者为(20.48±5.88)μmol/L,均显著高于对照组(7.74±3.65)μmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清Hcy水平作为一个心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素,在相关疾病的诊断方面有重要意义;循环酶法检测Hcy水平操作简单,易于普及推广。
Objective To explore the homocysteine (Hcy) levels of patients with cardiovascular disease detected by enzymatic cycling assay, and to explore the relationship between Hcy level and cardiovascular disease, and the application of enzymatic cycling assay. Methods 127 patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease or cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the observation group, 48 patients in other departments at the same period were selected as the control group. The Hcy levels were detected by enzymatic cycling assay. Results Hcy levels of coronary heart disease patients, hypertension patients and cerebral infarction patients were (23.41 ± 7.03)μmol/L, (18.32 ±3.87)μmol/L and (20.48 ± 5.88)μmol/L respectively, significantly higher than (7.74 ± 3.65)μmol/L of control group (all P〈0.05). Conclusions As an independent risk factor, serum Hcy level has important significance in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases. Enzymatic cycling assay is easy to operate and promote in the detection of Hcy level.
