补中益气汤加味对不同中医体质糖尿病患者血糖水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨补中益气汤对不同中医体质糖尿病患者血糖水平的影响。方法以我院2013年2月至2014年5月诊治的126例糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机将其分为两组各63例,对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上行补中益气汤加味治疗,比较两组治疗前后血糖变化。结果观察组血糖控制优良率为93.7%,显著高于对照组的81.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据糖尿病患者不同中医体质采取补中益气汤加味辨证治疗,能有效控制血糖水平,安全有效。 Objective To explore the effect of modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction on blood glucose levels of diabetic patients with different TCM constitution. Methods 126 cases of diabetic patients were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 63 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with routine western medicine; in addition, patients of observation group were given modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction. The blood glucose levels before and after treatment of two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate glycemic control of observation group was 93.7%, significantly higher than 81.0% of control group (P 〈0.05). After treatment, the fasting plasma glucose (FPG), 2-hour postprandial glucose (2hPG), and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (all P 〈0.05). Conclusions Modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction according to different TCM constitution of diabetic patients can effectively control blood glucose level. It is effective and safe.
