颅内血肿微创清除术治疗脑出血的临床效果观察

Clinical Efficacy of Micro-Invasive Evacuation of Intracranial Hematoma for the Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的观察颅内血肿微创清除术治疗脑出血的临床效果。方法选取我院48例脑出血颅内血肿患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各24例,观察组采用微创清除术治疗,对照组给予内科保守治疗,比较两组Fuge-Meyer肢体功能评分、神经功能缺损评分、住院时间、临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果观察组Fuge-Meyer肢体功能评分、神经功能缺损评分及住院时间分别为(33.7±4.1)分、(10.7±3.9)分、(19.7±4.8)d,均优于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治疗总有效率为91.7%,对照组为66.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病死率、并发症发生率为4.2%、16.7%,均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创清除术治疗脑出血颅内血肿疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of micro-invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Forty-eight cerebral hemorrhage patients with intracranial hematoma in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 24 cases in each group. The observation group was given micro-invasive evacuation surgery, while the control group was given conservative medical treatment. The Fuge-Meyer score of limb function, neurological deficit score, length of hospital stay, clinical efficacy and complications were observed and compared between two groups. Results The Fuge-Meyer score of limb function, neurological deficit scores, length of hospital stay of observation group were 33.7 ± 4.1, 10.7 ± 3.9 and （19.7 ± 4.8） d respectively, significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.0 l）. The total effective rate of observation group was 91.7%, significantly higher than 66.7% of control group （P 〈0.05）. The mortality rate and incidence of complications of the observation group were 4.2% and 16.7% respectively, significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Micro-invasive evacuation of intracranial hematoma has significant effect for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
