摘要
目的提高复治结核患者口服抗结核药物的依从性。方法分析复治结核患者口服抗结核药物依从性低的原因,采用持续质量改进的方法,通过加强健康教育及定时提醒,提高患者口服抗结核药物的依从性。结果干预前患者的服药依从性为12.82%,干预后依从性提高至60.00%(P<0.05)。护士的健康教育能力及沟通能力较干预前提高(均P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进能改善病房工作流程及患者结局,提升参与者的健康教育能力及沟通能力,优化护理服务。
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement (CQI) to improve the medication adherence of retreated tuberculosis (TB) patients. Methods The causes of low adherence of anti-TB drugs of retreated TB patients were analyzed. CQI was applied to improve the medication adherence by healthy education and timed reminder. Results The medication adherence rate was 12.82% before intervention and 60.00% after intervention (P 〈0.05). Both health education abilities and communication abilities of nurses were improved after intervention (P〈0.05). Conclusions Continuous quality improvement (CQI) can improve the guidelines in wards, the outcomes of patients and the health education abilities and communications abilities of nurses.
