护理干预对儿童虫咬性皮炎治疗依从性及复发的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Treatment Compliance and Recurrence Rate of Children with Dermatitis Due to Insect

目的探讨护理干预对儿童虫咬性皮炎治疗依从性和复发的影响。方法选择90例虫咬性皮炎患儿,按照干预方法不同分为干预组和对照组各45例。对照组采取常规护理,干预组采取心理、药物、环境、食物等护理干预,观察两组的治疗依从性及复发情况。结果预组的治疗依从率为93.3%,显著高于对照组的71.1%;干预组的复发率为8.9%,显著低于对照组的31.1%;差异均具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论儿童虫咬性皮炎采用护理干预效果显著,能提高患儿依从性,降低复发率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on treatment compliance and recurrence rate of children with dermatitis due to insect. Methods Ninety cases of children with dermatitis due to insect were divided into the control group （n = 45, routine nursing） and the intervention group （n = 45, nursing intervention including psychology, drugs, environment and food）. The treatment compliances and recurrence rates of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The treatment compliance of intervention group was 93.3%, significantly higher than 71.1% of control group （P 〈0.05）. The recurrence rate of intervention group was 8.9%, significantly lower than 31.1% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Nursing intervention is effective for children with dermatitis due to insect, which can improve treatment compliance and reduce recurrence rate.
